You can ask a qualified bibliographer a question. Ask, suggest, and search for literature.

Executing requests
We accept:
- requests for the availability of a specific document in the Library's collections;
- thematic requests (references containing a list of documents on a specific topic);
- factual requests (information about a specific event, organization, famous person, definition of the term);
- clarifying requests (elements of the bibliographic description of documents: author, title, place of publication, etc.).

Rules governing the performance of the service
Responses to User requests for virtual help are provided in the following format:
- text response, supplemented with links to information sources;
- bibliographic list (no more than 10 titles).
If it is impossible to complete the order or respond to the request, a message with a specific justification is sent to the User.
It should be noted that the total number of requests accepted for execution per day is adjusted and depends on how busy the bibliographers are.

Main limitations
The following requests are not executed:
- entertainment content (solving crosswords, quizzes, contests);
- ready-made essays, term papers and theses;
- solution of specific tasks in the subjects studied;
- related to editing lists of scientific papers;
- commercial and advertising purposes.

Operating mode and procedure
Requests are accepted during the working week (Monday-Friday) and are executed in the order of their receipt.
The number of requests from one User is limited to 1 per day. If the request includes several questions, the virtual reference bibliographer answers all of them, if possible.
Acceptance of orders is carried out from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
