Readers’ Service Department

- provides differentiated services to users of all categories on the basis of access to the Library collections through the Circulation Departments and the Reading Room; - provides prompt execution of information requests of users in accordance with the Library Usage Rules; - registers and renews the Readers; - organizes the arrangement and storage of documents in the subdivisions of the department; - organizes information and cultural events (exhibitions, reviews, etc.); - provides the users with additional fee-paying services.

Interlibrary Loan Department/EDD

Interlibrary Loan Department services allow GrSMU Library

Readers to use literature from the collections of other libraries.

GrSMU Library provides interlibrary loan services to the teaching staff, researchers, postgraduates and students of GrSMU free of charge.

The literature obtained via interlibrary loan can only be used in the Library's Study Room.

Fiction, reference books, encyclopedias, reports, and dissertations can not be obtained via interlibrary loan.

Terms of issue of interlibrary loan literature:
* books - 30 days
* periodicals - 15 days
* foreign books - 15 days

Electronic document delivery (EDD) ensures the fulfillment of orders for publications that are not available in the University Library collections. An order for electronic copies can be made in the Interlibrary Loan Department (office 210) by filling out the application form.

Delivery time: 5 – 10 days

The message concerning the order fulfillment is sent to the User via phone or email.

For students and employees of GrSMU the service is performed free of charge in organizations with which the Interlibrary Loan Agreement is signed.
