How to register in GrSMU Library



The right to use the Library free of charge is granted to students, graduate students, doctoral students, teaching stuff and other University employees. Registration of the teaching staff and other University employees is carried out upon presentation of an identity document or a certificate from the staff office. Students are registered in the Library after the admission to the University and upon the presentation of a student ID card. Note: Doctors, health professionals from Grodno and Grodno region, trainee teachers, applicants, as a rule, use the Library in the Study Rooms. Additional types of services are provided in accordance with the provision on ‘Paid Services of the united GrSMU Research Library’. Other categories of Users use the Library collections after presenting their ID documents and only in the Study Rooms.

Upon Registration, the User gets acquainted with the Library Usage Rules and confirms the agreement in writing.

Each User is assigned an account number, a reader's account is created and registration cards are filled out.

Every year, Users are required to re-register with the presentation of all the literature they have on loan. The Users that have not re-registered can’t use the Library.
