Renewing Items Online

GrSMU Library offers a new free service – renewing items online.

We are trying to save your time, so now you can renew items online from home.

To do this, please fill out and submit the online application form.

You can renew items borrowed from:

- Fiction Department (main building, office 105) - for up to 15 days;
- Scientific Literature Department (main building, office 202) - for a period of 15 to 30 days.
- Foreign Literature Department (main building, office 522) - for up to 15 days (except for educational materials).
- Periodical Editions and Rare Books Department (main building, office 205) - for up to 15 days.

The application processing time is 1-2 days. During this time, you will receive an email conforming the items renewal.

An item can be renewed 2 times in a row, as long as the item is not on recall or hold for someone else. To renew the item for a third time, you must bring it to the Library.
