Library and University Staff Members Received Well-deserved Awards at the International Library Forum

From October 25 to 27, the Scientific Library of Privolzhsky Research Medical University (Nizhny Novgorod) hosted the 15th Library Forum "Information Technologies in Medical Libraries-2023".

According to the results of the annual competition of the Professional Development Program of the Association of Medical Libraries, representatives of our Library are among the winners.

• Vladislav Masyuk, the Database Administrator, who represented the University at the forum, took the honorable 2nd place.
• Lyudmila Lukashevich, Chief Librarian, entered the list of the TOP 5 best chief librarians among 57 medical libraries.

We are also proud to announce that the book trailers of the university staff and student teams, which previously became laureates of the intramural creative competition "Doctors Recommend PRO Reading", were granted awards.

Upon the decision of the Jury of the International Book Trailer Competition "#Hippocrates Recommends-2023", the following participants were awarded:

• 1st place – "People in White" (authors: Natalia Smoley and the creative team of the 6th year students from group 6, the Faculty of General Medicine).
• 3rd place – "The Beginning of the Beginning, Or the First Steps in Pediatrics" (Natalia Tomchik, Anastasiya Novitskaya).
