In 1988, the World Health Assembly adopted a resolution declaring May 31 as World Tobacco-Free Day.
Now this day is celebrated annually: it is aimed at reducing the popularity of smoking, as well as at attracting not only doctors and representatives of medical organizations, but also all people who are not indifferent to their health, to the fight against smoking.
Events held on this day around the world are aimed at raising awareness of citizens about the dangers of smoking.
Of course, the negative impact of smoking is obvious and most people consider it a bad habit, however only a few are able to fight nicotine addiction.
We invite you to view the presentation "Time to quit Smoking".
