In April 2021 GrSMU Repository became a participant in the National Aggregator of Open Repositories project.

The project is implemented by the NEICON consortium, whose main activity is to provide information to its participants in order to improve the level of science and education and increase the productivity of scientific research.

The National Aggregator of Open Repositories (NAOR) is intended to become a single space for collecting information on the results of scientific research and providing access to materials published in open access.

At present the project unites 27 repositories in Russia and Belarus.

The content of repositories includes documents published by the University, scientific articles of employees published in foreign journals, research reports, abstracts of speeches, presentations, qualification and educational works, reports, digitized archival documents, etc.

Benefits of participating in the project:

* increasing the visibility of materials posted in the University Repository;
* drawing attention to the results of research activities carried out at the University;
* transfering metadata of documents published on the platform to the largest international scientific search engines;
* reserving works on the platform, as well as in the Federal Reserve System of Knowledge Banks.
