The Manual shows evolution and contemporary understanding of such phenomenon as ideology on the basic of a systemic approach. It considers the essence of modern basic ideologies as well as the essence of such most important components of the Belarusian state ideology as theory, history and methodology of ideological processes; dynamics of these processes, ideological aspects of state institution activities, state policy in the ideological sphere. The content of the Manual is in conformity with the syllabus (educational program) and cirriculum for the institutions of higher education approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. The manual is designed for the Faculty of International Students (in English medium of instruction).
